Our olive trees, owned by our family since 1950, are located in the hills around Collestatte, a small town in Valnerina, just few steps from the Marmore Falls.
The short distance between our family mill and our fields give us the possibility to smash the olives, from our tipical cultivars Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio, in a very short time from the picking.
