The first piece of land purchased by our family dates back to 1950 and from that point on, we have been dedicated to producing olive oil.
Our land is formed by 10 hectares of the greenest hills around Collestatte. It lies in the heart of the Valnerina valley, just a few steps away from the Marmore Waterfalls, and is cultivated for olive groves and land sowing.
The soils are typically stoney and calcareous which make the perfect habitat for our olive trees to produce the highest quality olives. We own over 1800 olive trees divided by cultivar of Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio.
The quality of the soils combined wih the special characteristics of the cultivars creates the perfect union to produce an emerald green EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL with notes of Artichoke, Tomato and Bitter Almond.
